I ran into some issues with my local customs when trying to bring in my last order, all because of some ridiculous local laws. The way the Motion crew stepped up to assist me in resolving the problem was nothing short of impressive!

Even though they claimed on their Facebook that all shipments to the EU would cover import fees, that wasn't true. So folks outside the UK should be cautious. The item I received wasn't what I requested. I got refill pouches instead of the cans I wanted, which isn't a total disaster, but still not what I expected.

And about the shipping—made two purchases, and one of them is still MIA. It's been four weeks now.

These nighttime Power Down pills are just awesome. I don’t really struggle with sleep myself—I got them for a friend who does—but I gave them a shot and they really helped me enjoy deeper, more refreshing rest. Now, I wake up feeling fantastic, so I’ve started using them for those perks too. I’ve experimented with a bunch of stuff before when I had sleep issues: valerian and whatnot, but this supplement takes the cake.

Really let down.

I would definitely suggest this company due to their fantastic customer service. I've been using Unplug for about a month now, and while I can't say I've noticed a massive change in my sleep duration, I do feel less fatigued when I wake up.

I tried these tablets for sleep a while back, about 4 years ago. Honestly, I didn’t think they’d do much, but I was really surprised at how well they worked. Being disabled and dealing with some tough health issues, I often have a hard time catching Z's, but these did the trick. The only downside was that I felt a bit groggy in the mornings until I got used to them. I’m giving them 5 stars because they’re fantastic, don’t interfere with my meds, and while they’re worth the cost, I’m on a tight budget and can’t swing £23 every month right now, especially with living costs being so high. I’m curious to try their power-up tablets after these to see if they help with the morning grogginess. I’d also like to check out the hormone tablets since I had a full hysterectomy and can’t get HRT, so my hormones are all over the place. If they’re anything like the sleep ones, I bet they’ll be great.

I really dig this product. Finding protein that works for me has been a challenge. This one tastes awesome and is easy on my stomach compared to other brands I've given a shot. Definitely gonna buy it again.

I also incorporate Collagen into my routine, which really aided my leg injury, and I've seen a positive change in the health of my skin and hair as well.

I used to be with another nootropics brand, Cogniora, and honestly, I ain't feeling much difference with this new one. But hey, that's pretty typical after you've tried nootropics a few times; your body doesn't react like it did the first go-around. The products are really good, especially the unplug feature, but their customer service is terrible. I shot them an email on Friday and then again on Sunday. By Monday, still no response, and Tuesday rolled around with the same result. This ain't how you treat customers. On the bright side, the product itself is top-notch.
